Differences Operating System Windows 32 Bit and 64 Bit

http://makarovshare.blogspot.com/2015/01/differences-operating-system-windows-32.html

In the computer world there is a term which may often we hear that the 32 bit and 64 bit. However, do you know the difference? Which should be in use on your computer or laptop? If you do not know the difference, I will explain some fundamental differences.

The terms 32-bit and 64-bit refer to the way a computer processor handles information. 64-bit version of Windows handles large amounts of RAM is more effective than a 32-bit system. Basically, the 64-bit OS is far superior than the 32-bit OS. So, simply the difference lies in the amount of information that can be handled by the processor at any given moment.

While the word "bit" refer to the way a computer to handle information in binary code, in which all data is recognized as a series of numeric digits consisting of 1 or 0. Each digit is counted as one bit, which means a 32 bit processor can process 32 digits at once .

To install the 64 bit version of the OS, you must have a CPU that is capable of running Windows 64 bit version. The benefits of using a 64-bit OS is most evident when you have large amounts of RAM installed on your computer (typically 4 GB or more) for a 64-bit OS can utilize large amounts of memory more efficiently than 32-bit OS. 64 bit OS can be more responsive when running multiple programs at the same time and often switch between programs.

There is also a mathematical limit signifkan against two types of processors. 32-bit processor can only work with a maximum memory capacity of up to 4 GB and is usually limited to 2 GB for each one DIMM memory. While the 64-bit processor can work with a memory capacity of up to 17 million GB. 64 bit processors are also capable of handling the task to 2X.

Previously, the impossible every program requires more than 2 GB of memory. however, some video games have now exceeded the limit. The reason is what makes the 64-bit processors are becoming very popular. Windows 64-bit edition can run most software designed for 32-bit edition with special kompatibitas mode. However, the results can be quite at variance. Using a 64-bit OS can also pose a slight problem in the driver, which is a small part of software to coordinate any hardware with the OS.

In conclusion, if you only have 4 GB of RAM or less, better wear a 32 bit OS only, especially the average notebook only has 2 memory slots 1 slot only consists max 2 GB only. For drivers notebook companies usually only provide 32-bit drivers only.

If your computer has 4 GB of RAM, please use a 64 bit OS, with a note that you can not use some old hardware drivers are not available by the manufacturer. 64 bit OS only useful for heavy work, such as to render the 3 Ds Max, essentially a heavy-weight.

Similarly, from my article. may be useful and add to knowledge about the OS.
